ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
CDC / health / science experience is strongly preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, with the potential for other duties to be assigned:
Perform advanced analytical, administrative, and programmatic functions to directly support the client’s the day-to-day operations.
Track, validate, and report key program metrics, milestones, and performance indicators to inform real-time decision-making the client’s leadership and associated program officials.
Systematically review, organize, quality-check, and archive scientific evidence, meeting materials, programmatic records, and clearance documentation in accordance with federal records management and information quality guidelines.
Evaluate data completeness, accuracy, and quality; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to maintain the integrity programmatic and scientific datasets.
Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of programmatic updates across ACIP work groups, CDC divisions, and external partners.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and action items; proactively flag risks and provide solutions to keep critical activities on schedule.
Deliver products with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to support program assessments in a high-stakes environment.
Ensure all outputs meet Section 508 accessibility standards, plain language principles, and full compliance with CDC, HHS, and federal regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MS/MPH/MBA or similar degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in communications project management and communications department management.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $95K to $113K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
